This protein bar was great when I was pressed for time or needed a snack between meals! It tastes heavenly, like a guilty-dessert, but it’s so low in calories and packed with so many vitamins and nutrients that I don’t feel guilty whatsoever. Following a low carb diet can be so difficult, especially during the holidays, so this bar is a great alternative to those cookies and candy canes. I hate protein bars! That being said the Coco Berry Crisp Bar is Awesome! It tastes very fresh and is filling. I actually love the taste! I never thought I would say that about a bar. I drive thousands of miles per month for my job and if it wasn’t for these bars I would be eating things that are not so good for me. A bar that taste good and has all your vitamins and a perfect dose of protein makes this my go-to-bar. It’s a no brainer! I also have trouble tolerating whey protein so the hemp and soy protein combination is perfect for me. Thanks Ghada! You are awesome!
