A few years ago, I weighed in at over 160 lbs and wore a size 16. After returning from a vacation, my older brother showed me a recent picture of myself. I was so appalled at how I looked. My mind started racing. How did this happen? How did I over eat myself to 160 lbs? Why me? But I don’t eat that much? Oh boy! I am never eating again! 

After freaking out for a little, I gathered myself together and hit the books to find the cure to my fat hips and thighs. Everything seemed so simple on paper, but when it came to applying it sure was tough! I constantly thought of food. I realized it was all mental and that I had to retrain my thoughts to fight this battle of over eating.

I started to make small promises to myself to help keep me on track. For example, I promised to join the gym, and I did. I promised to eat healthy, and I did.

My body was transforming into a shape that I never thought possible. Everyone began to notice and asking me how I was doing it. I had no problem sharing my findings. I wanted everyone to feel what I was feeling.

I felt strong, healthy and beautiful! Everyone deserves to feel even an ounce of what I was feeling.

I began to inspire friends and family to also lose the weight. I became the “Dining Princess” and the “Food Nazi”. I started getting constant requests for fitness and nutrition consulting even though I wasn’t certified. I realized that my plan and advice was actually working!

Maybe this was my calling, and I was put here to inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle.

The “Love your Life” program is designed to be a realistic approach to transforming your body and life. So realistic that you can follow it for life!

The program involves not only healthy eating habits, but moderate exercise and personal pampering.

I have combined bits and pieces of my favorite diet plans including the Zone, South Beach, Eat clean and Body for Life to create a more realistic approach to a healthy lifestyle. The program was also inspired by some of my favorite fitness experts and nutritionists.
